Enrollment Process

At Kingdom Christian Academy we prioritize the enrollment process to ensure the best fit for your child and family. Our enrollment process consists of 4 steps to ensure a smooth transition into our Christ-centered preschool.

  1. Facility Tour - we invite all parents to start their journey with us by taking a tour of our facility. This allows you to get a firsthand look at our classrooms, play areas, and learning environment. We believe that seeing our campus in person will give you a better understanding of our commitment to providing a nurturing and engaging space for your child.

2. Admission Interview - This interview is conducted with both a prospective teacher and the director. It serves as an opportunity for us to get to know your family better, discuss your child's unique needs, and address any questions or concerns you may have.

3. Completion of ALL DOCUMENTS - we request that all necessary documents be completed and turned in. These documents are vital for us to have a comprehensive understanding of your child's educational and medical background, emergency contacts, and any specific needs or considerations. It is important to note that no student will be officially enrolled, and no start date will be provided until all documents are received. 

A non-refundable registration fee is required to hold your child’s space.

4. Start Date - you will have the opportunity to select a start date for your child. We understand that every family has unique circumstances and scheduling preferences, and we strive to accommodate those needs as best as possible.

Please remember that the completion of all required documents is a crucial step in finalizing your child's enrollment. Without these documents, we are unable to proceed with the enrollment process. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring that all necessary paperwork is provided in a timely manner.
