This is the enrollment form for admission into Kingdom Christian Academy. Please set aside the necessary amount of time to complete this process. There are TWO parts to this form. Please ensure you have completed both parts. If not, partial applications will not be submitted to the school for review.

After the complete form is submitted, it will be reviewed by the Dean and you will be contacted to set up an interview. No payment will be required online at this time. That information will be handled at the interview.
