“Help Us.”
This was the cry of parents who were sending their children to public schools. At the time, our name was Crossroad Christian Developmental Academy – a daycare serving infants to Pre-Kindergarten that started in 2003. Our Parents expressed how they felt hurt, confused, frustrated and disappointed as if they are releasing their children into a war zone. At an astounding rate, they witness the deterioration of values and morals in their youth who spent the bulk of their productive hours in public schools.
Hearing the cries of His children, a clarion call was sounded and God spoke a mandate to ‘Go Forth!’ thus we transitioned out of daycare four years after it began, and in 2007, the academy transitioned into Kingdom Christian Academy Inc. (KCA). Wanting to educate the next generation of leaders as opposed to just babysitting, Pastors Anthony and Margo Wallace moved on the call in September 2007 launching a superior educational environment that supported Christian principles. KCA was commenced with the command to “train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart…” Proverbs 22:6.
We have grown by leaps and bounds over the course of the past 3 years, and we still remain mesmerized by the metamorphosis that God allows us to witness. Our motto “Academic Excellence at a Higher Level” has proven itself time after time and achievement after achievement. Stellar education continues to be our ultimate focal point. With every academic challenge, our scholars continue to rise to the demands of ever- increasing rigorous learning environments. KCA achievers have successfully reached the standards set for maximum potential and a comprehensive approach to learning.
It’s has truly been a journey for us who have been blessed and chosen by God above to be a part of it all. In their own way, our students have established and cultivated their own personal relationship with Christ.
We are destined to change a generation for kingdom advancement and for His glory! We are expecting great and mighty feats to be accomplished as we move toward KCA’s great future.
